Developed Brandify, a Figma plugin that automated asset creation for internal whitelabeling apps, which reduced client onboarding time from 2 days to 10 minutes and enabled the business development team to acquire new clients more efficiently.
Designed an award-winning mobile experience for parkers, recognised by the Deutschen App Award.
Created Parkflow design system from scratch, improved product consistency and accelerated development.
Designed a partner portal that streamlined account management, automated invoicing, and simplified parker onboarding, contributing to a $300k ARR increase within a month.
Simplified a complex rate module, enhancing usability and significantly reducing customer support tickets.
Led the design of ExpressLane AI, an automated session creation experience that helped onboard more parking locations and increased parking sessions from 48k to 160k+ transactions per month at enabled location.

Partner Portal 2.0
The platform was redesigned to better fit the needs of parking operators today. The earlier version worked well but was built for a different purpose. With a new design and a focus on easy, self-serve use, the updated version makes tasks like permit management, invoicing, and support much simpler—saving time and making daily work easier.
